　　该设备主要用于不锈钢、碳钢、铝等金属材质的瓦楞板之间的平焊缝焊接。设备由PLC控制，运行稳定可靠，设备操作简便。

　　主要特点Main features:

　　1、焊枪行走是由步进电机控制，旋转速度可从0开始调节，运行平稳，扭矩大。

　　The welding torch walking is controlled by a stepper motor,rotation speed can be adjusted from 0,with stable operation and large torque.

　　2、装夹方便，使用气缸快速精准地将工件固定住。

　　The clamping is convenient，using cylinder fast accurately the workpiece in place.

　　3、控制面板及焊枪移动机构都有操作按钮，方便操作人员装夹使用。

　　The control panel and the moving mechanism of the welding gun are equipped with operation buttons,which are convenient for the operators to clamp workpiece and use.

　　4、通过机身前后托架及滑轮，可轻松移动工件位置，支持瓦楞板多次拼接，操作方便简单。

　　Through the front and rear bracket and pulley of the body,the position of the workpiece can be easily moved,and the corrugated plate can be spliced for many times,so the operation is convenient and simple.
